How do I download a book to Kindle?
Answer
You can download eBooks to your Kindle using Libby by Overdrive on your computer or smart device.
- Learn how to borrow books from Libby with their Getting Started guide
- Follow the Reading with Kindle guide to learn how to deliver ebooks to your Kindle.
Most of the ebooks available on Libby can be delivered to your Amazon Kindle account, and any device synced with your Amazon Kindle account can access your borrowed ebooks. However, some titles on Libby are only readable in the Libby app. You can Change Your Reading Preference to only view titles available for Kindle.
If you have trouble delivering a book to your Kindle account, follow the steps on the Libby Help page, or contact the Library for help from our staff. Happy reading!
