Who do I contact if I need tech support for the device provided by Pittsburgh Public Schools (PPS)?

If you are trying to log into Schoology, Clever, or Microsoft Teams with a device provided to your child by Pittsburgh Public Schools, follow the instructions on this page: https://www.pghschools.org/Page/5358
If you are having technical issues with the device provided to you by Pittsburgh Public Schools please contact your child's teacher, principal, or school administrator.
Pittsburgh Public Schools have also opened a number of Technology Resource Centers for in-person technology help with PPS E-learning devices. Visit their website to find out which locations are offering support, their hours and to schedule an appointment (not required, but preferred)
