How do I apply for LAMP (Library of Accessible Media for Pennsylvanians) Services?

If you or someone you know are interested in applying for library services from the Library of Accessible Media for Pennsylvanians (formerly Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped), the application is available through our website.
Click on Download LAMP application. Once the form is completed, you can return it to us by mail, email (LAMP@carnegielibrary.org) or fax (412-687-2442).
If you would like us to mail you an application, please let us know by phone (412-687-2440 or 1-800-242-0586).
Additionally, as a part of our service, you would have access to our BARD download website and BARD mobile app, which allow you to access all of our talking books and digital braille files. Find more info at https://nlsbard.loc.gov/login//NLS.
