Do you have Rent Rebate forms?

Information about PA Rebate

Answer

There have been some changes to the Rent Rebate program beginning this year. After checking eligibility requirements, you can file your rebate application online by visiting myPATH, the Department of Revenue's user-friendly online filing system. Filing online gives you instant confirmation that your claim has been successfully filed. Claimants also will have access to automatic calculators and other helpful features that are not available when filing a paper application.

Free Assistance

Property Tax/Rent Rebate application assistance is available at no cost from the Department of Revenue district offices, local Area Agencies on Aging, senior centers, and state legislators' offices.

The library is also able to print PA Rent Rebate forms at our locations. If it is your first time filing, you will need to fill the form out.
